Made from 10mm (3/8") closed cell foam. Most use a “V-shaped” super sticky Velcro design. Most are black, but a few older models are gray.

V020 & V055 sticks to two sides of a case
V025 Trap Door Divider is for stacking lenses or teleconverters. It has Velcro on one side only and swings up out of the way to reveal the contents below.
