Ordering, Returns, Warranty, Email Lists & Privacy Policy

Reminder for ALL Orders

  • The billing address which you provide us, must match your credit card statement address.
  • You will receive an automatic e-mail reply with a confirmation number after placing your online order.
  • Your card will not be charged until your order ships (usually within one business day).
  • Included in your order will be an invoice with a breakdown of all costs. Your purchase will show as “eoGear” or “Kinesis / eoGear” on your credit card statement.
  • You will get an e-mail when your order ships. UPS, FedEx & some USPS shipments include tracking numbers.
  • Everything we sell is new with the original manufacturers US warranty (no black market gear sold here).
  • The  most economical method for shipping small international orders is via USPS 1st Class Mail. No tracking is offered for this service and the orders sometimes take two to three weeks to arrive! Otherwise choose the more expensive USPS Priority Mail option. 

Payment Terms

  • VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or prepaid certified funds accepted. Venmo is available upon request—e-mail us for details.
  • Disputes or shortages must be reported within 30 days after your shipping date.
  • Orders shipped to Canada and other countries outside the US are subject to the local customs fees. It is not included in your payment.

Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 60 days of you receiving the merchandise.
  • No refund on any shipping charges, unless you are doing an exchange, in which case we refund half the amount of your ground shipping fees.
  • No return authorization (RA) number is required.
  • Orders made through Amazon or a dealer must be returned to them.
  • For an exchange you have two choices:
  1. Return the product with prepaid, traceable postage and insurance to our mailing address below. Include a photocopy of the sales receipt or just a hand-written note is OK too of what you want: whether it be credit or an exchange for a different item(s). Upon it’s arrival, we’ll send out another one via a ground shipping method. If the item is defective, place a piece of masking tape over or near the problem area of the product.
  2. If you want to save time, place a new order for your new item(s). Your card will be charged for the outgoing shipment, then later credited after we receive the your shipment (please inform us if your address has changed). With your return, include a note that states “This is an exchange — new gear already shipped to me.”
  • All returned merchandise must be in undamaged packaging or original box with all parts and instruction sheets — product must be in new resalable condition.
  • The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the least expensive method for shipping items with that weight less than two pounds and usually costs less than $4. UPS or FedEx Ground is the least expensive method for items with a ship weight over 2 lbs. and costs about $6-$11. The Postal Service charges about twice as much as UPS for items with a ship weight over 5 pounds, or those packages with a higher insurance value. For merchandise exceeding $30-$40 in value, use an insured and traceable service.
  • Return to us via traceable & insured method — keep your shipping receipts as we cannot be responsible for gear lost by your shipper!.

We warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or improper care, nor does it cover the natural breakdown of material which inevitably occurs with extended use including zippers & Velcro® wear. Our liability is limited to replacement of original bag—compensation for damaged equipment is not implied. Ship prepaid & insured to us with a copy of the sales receipt. If found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our option.

E-mail Lists & Privacy Policy

Anytime you place an order or create an account on our site, you will be automatically added to our e-mail list, unless you opt out (see screen shot below). The quantity of e-mails sent is minimal: with Kinesis, it is perhaps once or twice a year. With eoGEAR, we send out about 6 to 8 annually. If you wish to double check your status or opt-out, please send an e-mail to info@kear.com. We never share or sell our list with others.
